Selected thighs of Italian Origin, rubbed by hand with attention and care with a natural mix of sea salt, herbs from our mountains and fresh and pure Lurisia water, aged in cool cellars in natural stone, immersed in the pinewood, for at least 16 months.
Prosciutto Crudo di Montagna Lurisia, embellished with the addition of Barolo wine from the near Langa hills, protected by a covering of pomaces enriched with Barolo wine and finished in Barolo Barrels to give the product even more aromatic and refined hints and scents.
